What are Product Badges?

Product badges are little boxes that live on all product list items in a product grid. They will appear dynamically when the proper conditions for that product are met.

What Product Badges are Supported?

Greater Green supports all conditions that are supported by Dutchie Plus, plus a few extras.

These Badges are:

  1. Special Offer - Products that are included in any promotions set in Dutchie
  2. Staff Pick - Any products identified as 'Staff Pick' in Dutchie's Ecommerce Admin
  3. Best Seller - Products tagged in Dutchie as a 'Best Seller'
  4. New - Products tagged in Dutchie as 'New'
  5. Discontinued - Products tagged in Dutchie as 'Discontinued'



Why Change These?

Updating the verbiage you use for your badges is an opportunity to let your brand voice shine through. Every retailer may use the term 'Staff Pick' because it's a default in Dutchie. You may want to add your own voice to this and change it to something like 'Hot Item'

How Do I Update the Titles?

All badge titles are easily updatable in the Greater Green admin under 'Theme Settings'. To change them follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to 'Theme Settings'

Step 3: Select the bagde you want to change and type in anything you'd like.
